These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Golden Asia website and store (the “Store”) and any purchase you make through the Store. By visiting, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Golden Asia

Golden Asia is an online retailer selling packaged grocery products and snacks. We operate in Finland. Our Store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform.

2. Products and availability

  • All product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities or cancel orders if items are unavailable.
  • Images are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly depending on the supplier.

3. Orders and confirmation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Your order is only confirmed once we verify product availability and, if relevant, shipping costs.
  • We may contact you if we need additional information to process the order.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the Store at the time of purchase. Payment options may differ depending on delivery method:

  • Shipping orders: we confirm shipping costs and send an invoice by email with payment instructions. We dispatch after payment is received.
  • Pick-up orders: you may pay in advance using the invoice or pay on collection (if available).

5. Shipping and pick-up

Delivery methods, fees, and estimated timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. If you choose pick-up, we will notify you when the order is ready and provide collection instructions.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of food products, some items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

7. Food product information

  • Always check the product packaging for ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions.
  • If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a product.
