This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled at Golden Asia.
1. Food products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, food products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or collected, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

- Provide a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos where possible
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Non-food items
For non-food items (if any), standard return rights may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us before returning any item.
4. Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed and prepared for shipping or pick-up. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or made ready for collection, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or by bank transfer, where applicable.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for loss of the order. Additional shipping costs may apply if the order is resent.
