Shipping costs depend on destination, parcel size/weight, and carrier pricing. We confirm the final shipping cost after you place your order and include it in the invoice.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Any estimated timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak periods, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping destinations

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will share the tracking information after dispatch.

6. Local pick-up

  • Payment for pick-up orders: you may pay in advance using the invoice or pay on collection (if available).
